We recently had a consultation with Daria for my daughter Beth’s skin, and I honestly cannot recommend her highly enough. From the moment we met her, she was incredibly kind, warm, considerate, and so easy to talk to. She made us both feel completely comfortable and genuinely listened to every concern without ever making us feel rushed. What really stood out to us was how much time and care she took to fully understand Beth’s skin before suggesting anything. Unlike so many places we’ve been to previously, there was absolutely no pressure, no sales pitch, and no push towards expensive treatments. In fact, she actually advised us to wait before considering treatment so we wouldn’t waste money unnecessarily, which we found incredibly honest and refreshing. The consultation itself was free, yet Daria still went above and beyond afterwards by sending a very detailed follow-up email with thorough advice and product recommendations that we could purchase ourselves, rather than trying to sell us products directly. We have honestly never experienced this level of care, integrity, and professionalism anywhere else. You can tell she genuinely wants the best outcome for her clients rather than simply selling treatments. We left feeling informed, reassured, and very grateful to have found her. I felt at ease immediately, which helped as I haven’t had this treatment before and didn’t know what to expect. Alex took time to explain and made me comfortable and the results were genuinely fantastic! My skin felt softer, cleaner and looked better from the next day. My fine lines improved and the overall appearance of my skin was so much betters I am looking forward to my next appointment.

The staff were excellent and made me feel so welcome, I felt relaxed from the moment I stepped in. The clinic was super clean & aesthetically pleasing. The treatment was very relaxing, I walked away floating with a glow for weeks after. Thank you & I will be back xx
