Recently started seeing Allie for my longstanding insomnia. Had my third visit today. Although I’m finding the regime tough at times I have every confidence in Allie and what she’s doing to help me. She’s highly experienced and skilled and also extremely friendly and empathetic. I think if anyone can help me Allie can. Highly recommend.
