I had a wonderful HydraFacial at Omnia Pharmacy in Knightsbridge, and I honestly couldn’t recommend it more. Katie was fantastic — incredibly professional, knowledgeable and thoughtful. I particularly appreciated that she didn’t overwhelm me with information while I was having the treatment, which meant I could properly relax. Whenever I did ask what she was doing, though, she explained everything clearly and in a way that was really easy to understand. The treatment itself left my skin feeling incredibly clean, hydrated and moisturised. Katie has such expert hands, and I could immediately feel the difference in my skin afterwards. She also gave me some really helpful advice about other treatments that might suit my skin, but in a very relaxed, non-pushy way. It genuinely felt like helpful advice rather than a sales pitch, which I really appreciated. I’d definitely love to have HydraFacials more regularly as I can already see how beneficial they could be for my skin. I’ll absolutely be recommending Omnia Pharmacy and Katie, and I’m looking forward to going back!
