Our son had a Tongue Tie and was losing weight at 3 weeks old. The NHS was only able to offer a release in another 3 weeks. With daily weight loss we decided to op to do this privately. The service was fantastic, we were booked in promptly. Given all the pros and cons and success outcomes and the release was carried out very quickly and stress free. We were then checked on half hour later to ensure any minor bleeding had stopped and sent home. Since this day my son has thrown on the weight and we are extremely happy. Thanks so much to everyone at Midland Health. What I really appreciated was due to some health concerns we thought we may have to wait or push back the release a week. The Dr advised us to still come in and if we had to do the release a different day we would not be charged any extra. Extremely refreshing and made the experience stress free as first time newborn parents. Thanks again team!

She was very caring and attentive, and was able to quickly address our concerns and arrange everything we needed following just one appointment. We were very impressed with the care we received and would highly recommend her to any worried parent!

He was very informative, listened carefully to all of my concerns and made me feel at ease throughout the appointment. The reception staff were also friendly.
