As soon as you go through the door you can feel the calm and professional atmosphere. The receptionists are friendly and efficient. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable and put you at ease straight away with their friendly and caring attitude. No come back in 2 weeks and/or being offered a phone call with a non GP member of staff which I had been used to elsewhere. You get an instant or very quick consultation leading to treatment of your problems. I do not know what I would do without them.

When I was almost immobile and in severe pain, and the NHS system was going to leave me like that for at least a fortnight, Dr Heather Ryan came to my rescue with a blood test and immediate treatment. Her care over the last three months has been exemplary. She has listened empathetically, is fully conversant with PMR, and has involved me fully in my treatment. I am probably better now than I have been for a long time. I highly recommend Formby GP, their superb nurses, warm and friendly atmosphere and above all the care they give.

Read on Google ↗I’ve been going to the Formby GP’s for 12 months now with various health issues. Each time I have had very good treatment and referrals when needed. I cannot find fault at all, they are thorough from start to finish and give you plenty of time to discuss the best treatments etc. I would recommend to anyone who is considering using their services, and would also mention that referrals come through within a very short time (mine did). Before you know it you are sorted and no hanging around or chasing up!
