Absolutely dreadful service. Told me I didn't have a referral when I had both proof of a referral from my gp and a referral number too on my emails.Showed these to the receptionist. I'd even called prior to going to make sure they would see me close to closing time. They said yes as long as it's before 6pm. The pharmacist clearly just wanted to go home as it was 5.45pm. Will not be using them again. Turned away for something as simple as an ear infection. Since I can't seem to respond to you here is my response- I called before I came, was told I could be seen if I was there before 6pm, which I was. I mentioned my GP referral at this point on the phone. I also mentioned the GP referral straight away when I got there, showed your receptionist my referral proof (email and reference number, two separate emails). She said they haven't received it after the checking the system, and went to ask the pharmacist what to do. She spent the 10 plus mins I was in the shop going back and forward to ask the pharmacist if he could see me. She did mention I could pay for a consultation but not straight away. I asked why I needed to do that because I have the referral, but she never informed me of the price at all whilst I was in the shop. I asked for the price around 6.03pm and her response- It is too late now, the pharmacist is going home. I wanted advice on the ear spray too and asked if you had a specific ear spray in stock- she didn't check this. So you can lie all you like but I wasn't told it was £15. to be seen. I also shouldn't have had to pay, I am an NHS patient and had a referral email. You have tried to call twice today, probably because you now have my referral. But I am getting care elsewhere and will not be using such a poorly run service again. The pharmacist clearly wanted to go home, which I understand it was close to closing, but just state that on the phone so people don't waste their time coming. That is why I called first so I could avoid this, and paying for parking, and doing this all whilst in agony with an ear infection......

The staff is lovely and very accommodating. I got my vaccinations done by Adam who was extremely professional, explained everything he was doing and made the appointment go smoothly. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for getting travel vaccinations and other medical services.

I had a great experience with FastHeal Pharmacy. Their clinic is clean, well-organised, and offers a wider range of services than expected. My private consultation was smooth and comfortable, and the friendly, knowledgeable staff made me feel at ease. I highly recommend FastHeal Pharmacy for reliable, high-quality healthcare.

I recently visited Fastheal Pharmacy for my travel vaccinations, and I had a really positive experience. A special mention goes to Adam, the pharmacist, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and made me feel completely at ease. It’s not always easy going in for vaccinations, but his calm and professional approach really made a difference. I’d definitely recommend Fastheal Pharmacy to anyone needing travel vaccinations or general pharmacy support.
