When I finally decided to seek medical support and book an appointment with Dr Miller, I never expected to feel so supported, heard, and safe throughout the entire process. Weight loss for people who struggle daily should never feel judgmental or dismissive. Thanks to Dr Miller, I finally had a full blood analysis to better understand my metabolism and the reasons why I had struggled for years trying to lose weight. What I especially appreciate is that this is not a one-off consultation. I have regular follow-up appointments to make sure everything is going well, that I am progressing as expected, and that I receive the right guidance and advice at every stage of the journey. I am incredibly grateful for this clinic. The team is always responsive by email or phone and consistently does their best to accommodate patients with care, kindness, and understanding. Thank you so much Dr Miller for being so reassuring and kind with our 4 month old baby. It was such a wonderful experience - he took his time listening to us, then explaining the issue and examining the baby. We didn't feel rushed in the least. Also thank you to the lovely reception staff who were able to accommodate us even though we got late. Word of advice to others- if you've not been to the clinic before, plan for additional 10 mins to locate it within that maze of a mall.
