I originally visited Dr Raquel for under eye polynucleotides after having consultations at two other clinics. As this was a new treatment for me, and such a delicate area, I wanted to make sure I was in the right hands. Unfortunately, I just didn’t come away from my previous consultations with that level of confidence. However, from the moment I walked into Dr Raquel’s clinic, I had a completely different feeling. Every step of the procedure was explained, and as someone who’s a complete wimp when it comes to treatments, I can honestly say there was nothing to worry about. I’ve now had three polynucleotide treatments, as well as other procedures, and I’ve been so impressed with the results and the professionalism throughout. While the clinic is more expensive than some others, it is absolutely worth every penny for the expertise, care and peace of mind you receive. A special mention also goes to Natalie, who is so friendly and welcoming. The aftercare is fantastic too, they genuinely care about their patients and always check in afterwards to make sure you’re recovering well and to answer any questions.
