I had a subscription and my money was taken on the 15th April. After several e mails I never received my order. It was never updated, it never even got prescribed. I had to go through my bank to get my money back. Then on the 13th May they took the money again, no order was received, e mails sent and still never prescribed my medication. I w smoked again and then they cancelled my subscription with no refund. So I had to go to my bank again for my refund. They take your money for goods that cannot supply. Customer service is non existent, e mail is the only way to contact them. It takes days for a reply and they always say your order will be sent in the next day or so and apologise for the delay. Scammers ! AVOID !

I was charged for the second month of my subscription on 7th April 2026. I contacted the company numerous times for an update but received no response, eventually having to reach out via Instagram just to get their attention. I finally received a reply two weeks later stating that my medication was being dispatched. Today is 30th April, and I have now been told there is a "backlog." They cannot guarantee delivery for several more days, though they have offered a refund. When I requested both the refund and the medication due to the significant inconvenience and stress caused, the Registered Manager (Martina) refused. She stated that, per their policy, they only offer one resolution: I either continue to wait with no guarantee of delivery or I take a refund. The service is absolutely disgusting and they have no understanding of customer service. When it comes to health, you cannot have a "maybe" delivery date. DO NOT USE THEM and don't fall for the subscription trap!

I’m so disappointed in how this company has changed. I was under this service last year for weight loss injections. I had regular contact with a nurse and if I needed support the customer service used to be so responsive. I had a break from the injections for a bit, and decided recently to try them again. I ordered over 3 weeks ago, and uploaded all my up to date photos, etc. and still haven’t been reviewed or received the medication. I’ve tried contacting customer service and the number now never working. I have sent several emails, without a reply or even acknowledgment of the email. I had to dispute the payment with my bank to get a refund. Absolute sham! I have since ordered with a different company and received the medication in less than a week from purchase.

If 0 stars were an option that’s exactly what my rating would be!!! The most appalling company i’ve ever dealt with. I emailed daily after ordering medication & having no updates. After 2 weeks they “apologised” for their delays & said they were trying to get orders out as quickly as possible. Another 2 weeks later i’m still waiting & they haven’t responded any further. They then had the cheek to take money for my next pen, when they haven’t sent me my 1st pen!!!!! They’ve left me without medication, won’t offer a refund & refuse to answer emails! Absolutely disgusted by such unprofessionalism & will be telling anyone I can, AVOID DR FRANKS AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I strongly advise to avoid this company. Two weeks now and still no medicine. This unfortunately has taken me out my dose window and I’m having to seek separate medical advice as to when I can take a dose or if I have to restart. Their telephone lines are down probably because of all the complaints. I’ve contacted my bank to hopefully get my money back.
