Diet uk has helped me lose 4 stone. They have a professional but friendly manor. Dr Newman and Joanne are amazing but then all the staff are, monthly check ins to ensure Im ok and advise only a message away. The team has always ensured I have my medication, that comes well packaged with a cute little ice pack and fully recorded delivery so you know it will arrive prompt. Weightloss mediation is a scary thing when you hear about at the fakes and issues but with diet uk you get one on one with the doctor and full support so you can 100% feel secure. Its like seeing the GP and a friend all at the same time. Love this company for everything they have done for me.

Whole process was weeks long , have to fill form in and wait for them to set up a video call , filled forms out waited and waited and had to email to ask why no response. Obviously didn’t read my notes or forms that I’d filled out. Told them mounjaro didn’t agree with me so wanted to try the tablets which i paid for along with the video call fee, was told can’t have them due to tablets I take and that they thought I wanted the injection pen . Would help if notes were read in the weeks before the call and maybe an email would have helped to say tablets not suitable or why have us fill out a form in the first place then was told wouldn’t be reimbursed for the tablets if paid for !!! Also had to purchase a blood pressure monitor so that will be sitting in the draw now not being used .

Diet UK is an absolute fantastic clinic. Dr Sindy Newman and all of her lovely staff take the upmost care with their patients. Ensuring that we feel heard, understood and supported. The difference their level of guidance and support can make is really important when undergoing a weight loss journey and I would recommend to anyone experiencing issues with their weight and health.

I was informed that my delivery would arrive today Tuesday. I had called the day before to confirm. The receptionist basically informed me I was lying and that her colleague has said it was being ordered. This was not the case, nor was it the case when I had spoken to the doctor the week before. She was incredibly rude and when I responded she told me I was being rude and hung up. Not impressed at all. Would not recommend but unfortunately I have already paid my money so have no option but to put up with their behaviour.
