CP Medical Clinic

I am writing this review today, although I had my iron infusion at CP Medical on 06/10/26. Initially, I contacted my GP surgery but unfortunately did not feel that my concerns were fully heard. I then contacted CP Medical Centre, where the receptionist was lovely and very helpful. She put me through to Dr Maythem, who took the time to explain the iron infusion process to me. My haemoglobin (Hb) level was 98 and my ferritin level was 16. As I was experiencing some really unpleasant symptoms, I wanted to be seen as soon as possible. I would have booked an appointment with Dr Maythem, but his next available appointment was the following Friday, so I was booked in with Dr Maryam instead. Dr Maryam was absolutely lovely. She was kind, approachable and took the time to explain everything clearly. She made me feel comfortable and showed genuine care and concern throughout the appointment. She also advised me on supplements to help maintain my iron levels and provided a discharge summary for me to take to my GP, so that my wider health concerns could be investigated further. It has now been a few days since my infusion, and I am already noticing an improvement in my energy levels, although I have not fully recovered yet. I am looking forward to seeing how much better I feel over the coming week. All the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, including the pharmacy staff, who greeted me so warmly. Hopefully, I will not need another iron infusion, but if I do, I would definitely return to CP Medical. Thank you to the whole team for making the experience such a positive one! :)
