I love the C&T clinic and am a frequent flier with the wonderful Catherine. A professional and knowledgeable practitioner who knows the best treatments for the individual and delivers them beautifully. Also great value for money and never tries to upsell treatments. Highly recommended.

A little sad to have to share this, but I went in to support a friend having botox. Without me asking for any advice or consultation, Catherine started analysing my face and suggesting things I needed botox for. She touched my nose, and asked if it had been broken, and looked shocked when I said that’s just how it naturally is. I understand aesthetics is a business, but I think there’s a way to behave while still being kind and making people feel good about themselves (especially when they haven’t asked for advice). I just wanted to flag it because it has upset me, and I hope she doesn’t make someone else feel like this.

During the session, they took the time to truly listen to my needs and explained exactly what to expect.
