I wish I could give 0 Stars. I only wanted to look and see the prices so I could compare with other quotes. I realised that they were the most Expensive option and it would cost an extra £59 for the same pen if I decided to purchase from CheqUp. I asked customer service if i didn't upload my ID would the order still go ahead; They told me without a consultation or ID they wouldn't be able to process the order. I explained i was happy with this as i didn't want the product due to the extra cost at the checkout compared to the 1st quote & wouldn't be uploading my ID or a facial verification picture. 5 mins later they had taken my money and apparently send out medication. Called and emailed them immediately but put on hold then when i spoke to CheqUp they were no help. When i explained i hadn't completed the process and wouldnt be giving them any more of my information due to the hidden costs. They explained they didn't need me to complete the order as apparently the customer service support i was sent was wrong. Resulting in me not being able to stop or control money being taken. Including that recent changes ( not mentioned on website) don't need me to upload identification as they do a background check on people! Asked for my data & what they used to complete order without my permission but got an email back saying they use different companies to do a full check and said I'd have to pay for the information if i wanted to know more. I was stunned & very confused how I'd been scammed to easy without being able to do anything about it. Emailed Management but they were also difficult and dismissive so It was a complete waste of my time. My experience with CheqUp... *Awful service * Rude staff. * Long wait to speak to anyone, then when you get through they are unhelpful. * Management only care about taking money, nothing else matters. * Even when you cancel subscription they try and take money. * No Refunds as they change terms to support them not customers. With so many better professional companies, I wouldn't take the risk with CheqUp. They can money from your account, and refund process pointless! I wish I'd read the reviews before letting them have my bank account details.

★☆☆☆☆ Ordered Mounjaro from CheqUp. The parcel was sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 but was delayed for around 10 days and stopped moving in transit. When I contacted CheqUp, I was repeatedly told to wait another day, then wait through the weekend, and then wait through the Bank Holiday. By the time the issue was finally addressed, I had already left the UK. I had informed them in advance that I was travelling and needed the medication before leaving. However, after the delivery delay, I was told that if I was unavailable to receive the parcel due to travel, that was my responsibility. Despite heavily emphasising refrigerated handling for Mounjaro, their response to the delay was simply that the medication could remain at room temperature for up to 30 days. The parcel was eventually returned to them, yet they still refused a refund and relied on their “non-refundable prescription medication” policy. Their proposed solution was to send me a replacement several months later if I return to the UK. This is not a refund policy issue. It is a delivery and customer service failure. Very disappointing experience. I have already escalated the matter through my bank and will continue pursuing all available options to recover my money. I would never recommend this company to friends, family, or anyone ordering Mounjaro or Wegovy.

Do not order from here. They just want your money. I placed an order for a 2.5 pen to start my mounjaro journey. I was at home when they stated that it was delivered, yet nobody knocked on my door. The delivery picture shows a photo of it thrown in a garden. I never found my delivery. I contacted chequp and they said they would have to open an investigation with the the courier. 4 months later of back n forth in emails I have had nothing!! No discount, no new pen. They said I need to send video footage! How when it’s not been delivered :/ Also you should be able to see off the photographic the driver shows it’s not my address nor is it a safe place either to leave any delivery.

They don't even deserve one star. Having an ongoing battle over a parcel I have not received where their customer service staff have provided excuse after contradictory excuse not to resolve the issue. I would encourage anyone to avoid this company even if it means paying slightly more!
